[作品解説]
生と死をテーマに長い間制作しているが、 蜜蝋を素材に制作を始めて10年以上の時が経つ。
蜜蝋の持つ、生きとし生けるものとしての素材感と艶かしさ 長い年月を掛け集められた、集積としての重さ 遺されたものに残る、色んなモノに想いを馳せ 素材に選んでいる。

然し乍ら 必要なモノはハチミツでありプロポリスであり蜜蠟は決して重要なモノではなく 多くの養蜂場では、絞り機のの近くに、ポンと積んである事も多いモノでもある。

そして梱包材と言うのか緩衝材と呼ぶのか、運送上、商品を傷つけ無い為に重要な役割を果たすモノではあるが 商品を受け取った人には不必要であり、じゃまモノで捨てるモノに一瞬で立場が変わる素材である。

どちらのモノも儚く、じゃまモノと棄てられるモノ、不要なモノと不要なモノに再構成し 命を吹込み新しい価値を付け再生する。新しい価値の創造を近年は続けている。

たらり、たらり溶け合い流れていく蜜蠟を手なづけ人のココロの中にあり、奥にある言葉を誘い出す。心の中にある風景を表現していく。作品は長い長い年月を掛け土や水に戻っていく。

ココロのシリーズは不要なモノと不要なモノで作品に命を吹き込んだ結果の由である。

展覧会概要
先月アメリカのサンタフェで開催されたアートフェア ： アート・サンタフェ・2015でのパズルプロジェクトは多くのメディアにも紹介され大変好評のうちに終了しました。
つきましては、サンタフェでしか展示されなかった作品もあるのでそれらをウーニーポンポンカウカウ・アートプロジェクトスペースにて展示することになりました。
